
Night Vision
1. Bring a flashlight and blanket outside at night.
2. Choose a comfortable place to sit with family and /or friends.
3. Spread the blanket down and sit in a circle. Sit for 20 minutes
to allow your eyes to adjust to the night.
4. Leaving both eyes open, cover one eye gently with your hand.
5. Turn the flashlight on and face it up to the sky.
6. Gaze at the light for 2-3 minutes.
7. Turn off the light.
8. Cover one eye and take turn looking at person
across from you.
9. Notice the difference.
