Meditatation

                                                    1.  Take some time in the morning and in the evening to quiet your mind.

                                                    2.  Sit quietly in an area and close your eyes.

                                                    3.  Allow your mind to be still.

                                                    4.  Many students are learning to do this at school and finding peace.
