Making a Fleece Scarf 1. Purchase 1/3 yard of fleece material in 60 yard width. 2. Trim edges to make straight as needed. 3. Cut fringe on each end. 4. You can tie a couple of ends together to finish.
5. Beads can be added to fringe if inspired.
