Irish Soda Bread 4 cups flour (can use 2 cups wheat and 2 cups white) 1 1/2 t. salt 1 t. soda 2 T. Blue Solar Water + buttermilk to = 2 cups liquid 1. Mix together. 2. Pour onto floured board and knead lightly into ball. 3. Butter bottom of round pan. 4. Make a big + on top of bread. 5. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 375 degrees. 6. When cooled wrap in plastic wrap. 7. Let sit overnight before eating. 8. Slice and toast. 9. Eat with butter and jam.
