WAKE UP

                                      1.  Plan to get up early one day or tomorrow.

                                      2.  See how you feel about that. Sometimes it is

                                           hard to get out of bed in the morning.  If we get up

                                           when we wake up we may find the day does better.

                                      3.  What did you experience?

                                      4.  What happened during the day?

                                      TRY THIS ONE:

                                      1. Tell yourself you’d like to wake up without the alarm.

                                      2.  Establish the time you would like to wake up.

                                      3.  Do you like it better to not hear that alarm going off?

                                      4. Did you greet yourself in the morning with " Thank you."
