
1. Purchase
several packages of stickers. (Hearts, butterflies, flowers, rainbows)
2. On a
white piece of paper draw a picture of yourself and/or make a list of the
people or places in your life.
3. Place a
sticker on the parts of your body that need extra care and love and/or
next to the people in your life on your list.
4. Keep the
paper in a place where you can see it each day.
5. The
stickers will do the work!
