
Supplies: Embossing Heat Tool, Embossing Ink Pad
Embossing Powder, Rubber Stamps
Card Stock, Embossing Buddy (Cornstarch in a sock can also be used.)
1. Rub Embossing Buddy on card. (This keeps Powder from sticking anywhere
but on the ink.)
2. Stamp Rubber Stamp with Embossing Ink and then stamp to card stock.
3. Place your card stock over tray or scratch paper.
4. Sprinkle Embossing Powder over design. Tap off excess. Pour
excess back into container.
5. Place card stock with Embossing Powder over a surface that will not
burn. (You may cover
a piece of cardboard with foil.)
6. Heat stamped image with Heat Tool.
The powder melts
leaving a shiny raised image.
7. The above sample was clear was made with
a clear ink pad and black powder.
8. The one below
was made with pigment ink pad and an iridescent ice powder.

9. Some stamps may have open spaces.
Coloring can be done with watercolor pencils.
10. Another technique to color is to use a blender pen that has been
dipped into a bit of
ink
from a rubber stamp pad.
