
A Spoonful of Sugar
For a special breakfast:
1. Start with an empty white bowl or plate.
2. Mentally sprinkle a
spoonful of sugar
into the dish.
3. Add a spoonful of laughter, fun, gratitude, love and/or…..
4. Add something you hope for….
5. Add cereal/milk, fruit, or your favorite breakfast food in
the dish.
You may be inspired to add a
real spoonful of sugar on top!
